Falcon is excited to be bringing the area premiere of Theresa Rebeck’s hit Seminar to Greater Cincinnati audiences. Rebeck is a Cincinnati native and one of TV and Broadway’s hottest writers. Seminar, buy more about her award winning drama, buy more about recently completed a very successful Broadway run starring Alan Rickman, Lily Rabe and Hamish Linklatter.
The play follows a post graduate writing seminar as 4 eager students vie for the approval of a writing professor with a reputation for being incredibly demanding. As the class progresses, we learn a lot about what these 4 students will do for a chance at success. We also learn a lot from the professor about what a little success can do to a promising young writer.
Seminar is a tightly written character study, filled with biting humor. Don’t miss the chance to see the first local production of this powerful play.
